iTero 5D Digital impression with Caries detection.

iTero is a revolutionary new technique which is used to create dental impressions. iTero technology uses digital 3D images of the patient’s mouth, rather than dental trays and putty and can be used to create a range of dental devices. The technology ensures that impressions are extremely accurate and eliminates the need for re-appointment. Dentists are often required to regularly create impressions of patients’ teeth, with the success of many treatments and devices dependent on a well-appointed, accurate impression. The current way of taking impressions involves the use of dental putty; the process can be challenging to get right, it can be inaccurate, and it can also be very uncomfortable for patients.   iTero technology is set to revolutionise the way dentists create dental impressions. The new technique will reduce time in the dentist’s chair, improve accuracy, reduce mess and eliminate the need for further appointments.

We have an itero scanner in every dental Unit.

Dental Microscope

Cj-Optic Flexion Advance.

Microscopes have been used in dentistry for around 25 years. They originated from other medical fields such as ENT, MaxFax and Oral Surgery.

The Flexion is the first dental microscope that has specifically been designed for the needs of general dentists. Unlike other microscopes, the Flexion is not just an ‘Endo’ bit of kit but is easy to integrate into all aspects of dentistry.

Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is a revolutionary imaging technology that has significantly transformed the field of dentistry. CBCT provides detailed three-dimensional images of the oral and maxillofacial region, offering numerous benefits over traditional two-dimensional radiography.

One of the primary advantages of CBCT in dentistry is its ability to capture highly accurate and precise images. Unlike conventional X-rays, CBCT scans produce a comprehensive view of the patient’s anatomy, including bone structures, teeth, nerves, and soft tissues. This level of detail enables dentists to diagnose and plan treatment with enhanced accuracy and precision.

Epic 10 from Biolase and SiroLaser Advance Plus brings the latest in Laser soft tissue management.

We use an advanced dental laser to gently and effectively treat the ravages of gum disease, usually without numbing anaesthesia. It helps stop the progression of tooth-destroying and bone-destroying diseases. Laser treatment helps to eliminate the need for conventional, often painful, gum surgery in up to 75% of cases. The laser can also gently and artistically refashion the gum line. It can turn short teeth or a gummy smile into the smile you’ve always wanted. It also improves the result and accuracy of complicated dental procedures.

X-Smart Plus incorporated the latest technology in root canal preparation.

Rotary Endodontics is a way of performing the root canal utilizing a specific electrical handpiece. This tool often makes the process faster and allows the dentist to perform the process with greater ease and precision.

Kodak wireless Intra-oral camera

The intraoral camera allows us to view the entire mouth on a monitor so that we can get a closer look at any potential issues or problems that may arise. In addition, the patient will be able to see firsthand how things look inside of their mouth. This gives us an opportunity to explain better the procedures we are recommending. Hence, the patient has a greater understanding of what needs to be treated or areas of the mouth they need to focus more on in their daily hygiene routine. These digital images are also excellent for gaining procedure acceptance from insurance companies.

Digital X-Ray

Digital X-rays are quickly becoming adopted by a large percentage of the dental industry. A digital X-ray allows the dentist to take an image of the tooth or teeth and put it into an imaging program which allows the dentist to gain a better view of your teeth, gums, and bones.

As a benefit to the patient, the digital X-ray provides nearly 80% less radiation than a standard X-ray.

This is due to the fact that the digital version of the X-ray is much more sensitive to this radiation and has been specifically designed with the patient in mind.

We have the most sophisticated dental chair in the world, Sirona Axano. You can have a little massage while having your treatment.
